Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, develop, and track appropriate measures that assess enterprise performance at all levels (i.e., from the healthcare provider and team level all the way up to the Service level) and assist with the development of suitable benchmarks for comparative measurement
- Assist with the reviews and evaluations of key MTF and Service level measures related to productivity and its relationship to current AFMS readiness assessment measures
- Assist with obtaining, extracting and/or analyzing data from various sources to present the information in a useful format
- Assist with identification of potential process improvement actions and barriers to performance, coordinates root cause analysis and counter-measure development
- Identify leading practices and applies change management, organizational development, and data modeling practices.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of team travel (applicable government and contractor personnel) to include scheduling of site visits, obtaining leadership approval, communication with traveling participants and host facility personnel billeting, on-site support, and other related activities
- Coordinate documentation, communication, tracking and follow-through on approved improvement actions. Will track and schedule appropriate follow up actions to include periodic meetings, report generation, and required AFMS leadership briefing activities
- Update or develop/create any documents as needed to track action items for each MTF evaluated
- Promote continuous progress on tracked action items and elevate any items expected not to meet projected timelines
- Present tracked items to approval authority for closure
- Use process knowledge and problem-solving skills to support project teams, when required, through consultation and recommendations on various programs and projects
- Ensure submitted plans, content and responses meet RACE and/or MTF visit requirements
- Compile information, complete studies, and/or associated reports in support of the prescribed processes as determined by the program lead(s)
- Design and develop information products, technical reports and presentations for higher headquarters, Forward Operation Agencies, MAJCOMs, MTFs, and others as required by the COR
- Facilitate communications and serve as the liaison between the HQ AF, Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA), AFMOA, MAJCOM, and MTF leadership and POCs
- Serve as the content manager for an established SharePoint site
- Update any contact lists or distro groups as required
- Complete related tasks within the Task Management System
- Coordinate/provide admin support for any required telephone or web conferencing forums
- Associate Degree or equivalent certification
- Three (3) years in health care operations and administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- One (1) year of relevant experience in customer service
- Security Requirements: Must have the ability to acquire a favorable Tier I clearance
